Responsible for all lease administrative duties; guest cards, advertise and market vacant units, schedule and manage all showings of units
Lease, applications, and screen prospective tenants.
Manage all tenant correspondence, move-ins and move-outs, and preparation of all related documents, security deposit disposition, lease expirations, evictions, uploading of receipts, invoices, and estimates (generate payables), and month-end reports
Inspects and cleans property common areas and grounds on a regular basis.
Collects all rent payments and makes deposits.
Distributes non-payment notices to all delinquent residents and completes follow-up activity regarding non-payment of rent or eviction proceedings.
Assists in the processing, monitoring, and recording of invoices.
Interfaces with tenants and vendors on work order requests, on-site maintenance, improvement projects, and events
Maintains a positive, productive relationship with tenants
Maintain general working knowledge of state laws, including Fair Housing laws and standards.
Job Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: 1-2 years of related experience.
The candidate must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
